People who work at reproductive health clinics often need to go through complicated ruses to get to work safely. They travel circuitous routes and wear elaborate disguises to protect themselves from being harassed, harmed and even killed. These are the lengths they have to go through just do their jobs, whereas their harassers can proudly display their douchebaggery, not to mention their weapons, in public.
