Ask Republican Del. Mark Cole that question. He sponsored House Bill 663, a bill that would require that children in schools can only use bathrooms that correspond with their “correct anatomical sex.”
“Any student who willfully and knowingly violates this section shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $50. Civil penalties assessed under this section shall be paid into the Literary Fund. Any law-enforcement officer may issue a summons regarding a violation of this section.”
WTF? How do you enforce something like this!? Why would you want to hire someone who applied for this job? “Line up for the pants-check, kids!”
Yeah, I sure they wouldn’t be registered on a “list” of any kind…”
Aside from these simple questions, how is this even legal??? It’s the creepiest thing we’ve ever heard. This preoccupation with what’s going on in people’s underwear has gotten out of hand. Kids in school have enough to suffer through, like acne and public school meat products without having to expose themselves to the Genitalia Gestapo.
